Hello and Welcome to True Shot's Store
Our Stacking blocks are made with untreated wood. We use non-toxic enamel paints, however the stains we use are not always 100% non-toxic, so please be careful not to allow your furry friends to chew on them! Our blocks have recycled rubber pads on top and bottom for non-slip surfaces, and are covered with a clear protective coating to help prolong the life of the finish on the blocks. |

Stacking blocks are 100% customizable! Any idea you have is welcome, and I will tell you honestly how comfortable I am with my ability to produce exactly what you're looking for. Detailed customization will include a small fee. I will be posting a show calendar of events I can be expected at, but with no guarantees that I will be there. If you have stickers or specific logos, or paint you would like used in your customization, you can deliver them to me at the show and I will come back, make your blocks with your materials and ship them back to you completed! If you order items, I can bring them with me to events and save you shipping costs! Please inform me ahead of time if you choose to try this option. Again I do not guarantee something will not come up to prevent my attending said show. In such a case you would be expected to then pay shipping in order to receive your item(s).
All items will be mailed out within 3 business days of receiving the completed design and payment for your order. If the design is very complex, your order may be held up during our communication about the details of your design. As soon as I am clear on what your are looking for, your order will be mailed within 3 days of our completing your design. You will be provided with the USPS tracking number for your package.
**It is important to note... These items are made at home by me (Andrea) in my workshop, by hand. There is a chance they might include small imperfections that do not impair their function in any way. I will try my best to make them as perfect as possible, however imperfections in wood, etc., can sometimes cause small imperfections in the finished product. If this is going to be a problem for you, I would politely suggest you look into another company that manufactures by machine and guarantees perfection, as I do not. Refunds will not be made for these tiny imperfections. As you can see, any issues with the blocks would be very very minor. If you are concerned, you are welcome to request photographs of the finished product before they ship in order to ensure your satisfaction.

***Your order will ship SIGNIFICANTLY faster if you e-mail me at andrea@trueshotchihuahuas.com after placing your order so we can iron out the specifics. I need to know things like what color font you want used, ALL CAPS?, color, cursive vs. print, on 1 face of all 4 blocks or just on 1 block? Etc. Any ideas you have that you communicate to me will be greatly appreciated! I want your blocks to turn out exactly how you imagined them :)
